Invoices are being sent in Spanish

I just sent an invoice to a customer with a duplicate copy to me.

I checked the email and the entire thing is in Spanish!

I went back to my Paypal and my screen is all English the word English is in Blue on the bottom right hand corner.

I looked everywhere to see if if thinks I'm in a foreign country.

My customer is going to think I'm a lunatic.

Can anyone please help.

mine was sent in Spanish as well. From service at paypal.com.mx

All my settings are in English and from the U.S. How does this get fixed?
