So I sold something on Ebay few weeks ago. The money was held for up to 21 days the money was finally released on Friday. I choose the instant payment method which has a fee and would take up to 30 minutes. I previously was suggested this method by PayPal support after requesting a normal bank transfer on a Friday morning and it was not processed until Monday afternoon when it stated it would transfer by Friday EOD. Now my payment has been pending and a suggested 72 hour hold has been implemented even though prior to my payout I was asked to confirm my phone for security. Now I'm curious when will the pending amount will be completed and whether the 72 hours is business day or from start of transfer. My money has been in limbo since mid Jan and it's only 400 and it seems a bit unfair to go thru so many hoops just to get my money after eBay and PayPal already taking out decent amount of fees.
