I still can't send and receive money ..Because the send and receive page will not upload

It's been four day's , eight phone calls to pay-pal ...and I still can't send and receive money ..Because the send and receive page will not upload...All the other pages, seem to work fine...BUT THE SEND AND RECIEVE ...(((BLANK)))......PAY-PAL !!! I NEED MY MONEY!!....If not fixed ...SOON..I'm done! MONEY ORDER'S ONLY!

That's a difficult issue to resolve here. 

Some suggestions to consider:

* Try using a different web browser.

* Delete the temp files, history and cache of the current browser you're using.

* If possible, try accessing your account from a different computer or device.

* Ensure that your PayPal account is "verified".

* Ensure that your email address is confirmed.

* As a last option - give customer support a call - sometimes can find a cause or are aware of a system issue.
