I need to change my primary address and PayPal won't let me. Help please.

What is the error message you are seeing? You need to add an additional address before you can change your primary address. If this still isn't working then I suggest calling customer service.

I have two addresses on PayPal, and it will not let me set the second one (presently not  the primary one) as my primary address.

It tells me to erase the other one first -that doesn't work.

It then tells me to choose an alternate one before erasing it. I try to, and that doesn't work.

It just keeps telling me over & over to 'TRY AGAIN'.

Literally, nothing works in this regard.

I even attempted to *update* the present primary address and change it to the address I want by typing it over that address, and it wouldn't let me either.

Anyone experience anything like this?

I believe this may happen if you have a card linked to the wallet with that billing address. Try removing cards in the PayPal wallet first.
