I have no idea what is going on at PayPal. I was so excited for this feature and was able to use it TWICE before it disappeared from my account. I was able to transfer money quickly to my debit cards that I already have on my account (The issuing bank is Ally Bank) without issue twice in one day, October 29, and that was the last time it worked. I have tried addeding a debit card from a Wells Fargo bank and still the option is not there. I have called customer service and they know nothing, they blame it on my bank. I have called my bank, eventhough I know it is not thier fault, and they have triple checked that I have no blocks, restrictions or fraud alerts. So what is going on? Does anyone have logical answer to why the service is not working or did PayPal roll out a service without confirming it would work? Should they call Square? Thiers works just fine.
