I have a Samsung tablet. Why can't get get the PayPal mobile app to rotate to landscape mode?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016 model).  I have the PayPal mobile app installed but I can't get it to go into landscape mode when my tablet is on it's side..  How can I fix this?
