Paypal USPS labels on a Zebra Printer problem

We have been printing our USPS labels via Paypal on a zebra  thermal printer 450 just fine for months.  Until this week.

We didn't make any changes but all of a sudden this week, the labels show up totally different under the Print Preview.  The labels are 4x6 but in the print preview, the actual label content is displayed landscape and appears super tiny on the 4x6 label.  There's no way I can change the settings to rotate it or anything.  It seems to be stuck in this format.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

For whatever reason, I've had the scaling change in my browser's page setup which messed up my printing.  That may not be the case for you.  Also, as a last resort, uninstalling your printer and reinstalling may clear up the issue.

there is a sfotware call Robsoftware which will print whatever you have on the screen,MSFT has one which comes with your operating system,I just cant make it to work.

Robsoftware once installed you just press the button -print screen.

I am also having the same issue. I have been printing on my Zebra 450 for many years and never had an issue.  In the printing help it is not listed but says new ones will be added in the future.

They need to fix this. I'm the few here are not the only one with this high priced printer that we can no longer use.

Also having the same problem with a 2844 Zebra Printer. Worked around by Rotating image to portrait and printing on the Zebra at 86%. Comes out small but workable for now. Sure hope they fix this soon.
