Hello ( first thing i can't speak english very good )

Well, i'm from tunisia and i'm a youtuber in tunisia we don't have paypal.. so i need to make money with my channel one day i created a paypal account but i put it in france with a any number from france as i said we can't create a account with tunisia IP... so i started doing Live stream and they have some people donating me in Streamlabs then i transfered it in my paypal i just have 9£ .
now i'm trying to login i can't i think i forget my password i used my gmail for reset password i puted the code after that it's said need to send a code to your phone number that's my problem i can't use this number because i don't have it i'm from tunisia and the number i puted from france 
please what i have to do this is my first money i get it from internet i don't want to lost them :'( anyone can tell me what i need to do or if i can change my password just with gmail or no ?

Thanks for contacting PayPal. Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I checked and currently Tunisian PayPal accounts can't receive or withdraw money. They can only send money. I apologize for any inconvenience.

If you put a bad phone number on your account you won't be able to reset your password. You'll need to give us a call so we can assist. 🙂
