I clicked "Manage all addresses" and "Update" for the other address, and clicked "Make this my primary address". It does nothing! Is this a glitch? I tried calling Customer Service but I can't get through because of "technical difficulties".

As this is a peer to peer community, it's not possible to look at user account details so we're not sure what steps you have taken. Here's one option to change your address:
Login to your account.
* Click on the Gear icon.
* Click on the + in the address box.
* Enter your new address.
* Check "Make this my primary address"
* Click "Add Address"
If that does not work, then you may have to phone customer support for help.

Yeah, my point is that I can't check "Make this my primary address". Seems like a glitch or otherwise, and I'm asking if there's a way around it.

Hi! Yeah, pretty much the only solution is to call them (<removed>). The link to their self-help sometimes shows the phone number and sometimes doesn't. PayPal's weird like that.
