I Tried to change my name

I tried to change my name on Paypal and Submitted Proof of my Real name, And waiting for confirmation. Then I tried to Send payment to my Friend and Now I can't send the money to Him, It says contact Costumer service. So can anyone Help me

Did the same exact thing. I haven't been stopped sending money but I'm afraid this could happen to me too. Please get back to us.
