How to get PP to correct negative balance page (that's been paid and credited)

Following a refund to someone, I had a small negative balance for several days. I paid it on Oct 26 via card and it showed as paid immediately on my PP account balance (now $0). However, each time I've logged in since then, including today the 30th, the first page that shows says, "Your account need attention. Your PayPal account currently has a negative account balance." The first time it happened, I emailed customer service, got the negative balance form reply and then replied in return, as it said one should if the "question is not answered." Still haven't heard back - and the negative balance page still shows. I also cleared the browser cache and history, but it had no effect on this. It probably is more annoyance at this point than anything else, but one never knows with PP. In the meantime, I'm not sure how to get through to them to get it corrected. Message ID VV44REXUS
