How to Use First Class On Multi Shipping

Hi,

I am having an issue.

I have a brother QL 570 printer, I have no problem printing labels on ebay..

But when I use Paypal for orers outside of eBay using the multi shipping-- it won't allow you to use First Class, when you select First Class, it does NOTHING.

Yes, could use the single link, but that does not work Brother QL 570 labels.  It's frustrating and offensive the Multi order shipping page has no issue allowing you to pay extra for Priority Shipping.  

I can not stress this enough; when I select "First Class" it does nothing. I select "package/envelope" still NOTHING,  I can't even set up a "preset" this is maddening. I can't use the single shipping option because it doesn't work with my labels.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on Community. First-Class Parcel service is the service title. As such to create the label you would want to select one of the package options under this. I understand the frustration this causes as with the drop down it is all in one. It does not separate or change the color to indicate package is what to select here.

From your post you state you have selected "package/envelope", regrettably the screenshots are showing First Class Mail Parcel service selected. I would ask you try starting new, and selecting the 'package' you would like to use. This should now allow you to continue with the label creation. One tip I can provide is anything with a timeframe next to it will be a service title.
