How long does it take for funds to be available after linking a debit card to a pay pal account? Does $ still need to go into bank or since the card is linked directly to money in pay pal is it available immediately
If you have funds in your paypal balance then you need to click on transfer / withdraw funds and send them to any bank account or debit card you select during that process.
