How do I stop the constant spam coming directly from PayPal?

I have attemepted to opt out several times from the Paypal spam but it just keeps coming. How do I stop it once and for all? 

I'm at the point where I'll just report them to the FCC.

I've had enough!

Three phone calls to PayPal in three days and I'm still getting spammed by them! 

Each night it appears thay they reset my email preferences and I've had it!  

I have reported them to  the FTC via the spam reporting email: spam (at) uce.gov

Hopefully they can make it stop!
