Hello,

I have used my personal account for some time now but now an account closure has been initiated after an appeal was decided in my favour. The problem is waiting for 180 days is too much time before I can be allowed to withdraw my funds, even after I won the appeal. Kindly help as the funds are for business and now I am suffering losses and accruing huge debts. All I want is to access my money.

If paypal limit your account permanently then they nearly always freeze any funds for 180 days.

As buyer have up to 180 days to open a Paypal dispute Paypal hold those funds so they are available to refund that buyer if need be.
