A Paypal rep just told me that a merchant can activate Paypal Fast Check and I wouldn't necessarily know it because it's somewhere in the merchant's fine print. If the merchant does acrivate Fast Checkout, the rep said that I would not have to use me Paypal password to sign into Paypal to pay that merchant. He said that this is true even if I had never activated Fast Checkout on the Paypal web site.
This is extremely hard for me to believe. Is there any truth in it?
