Hi...I was activate my credit card with pay pal acount and pay pal take of money from my card but it wasnt refund yet..Why??

Your code refund may go back to that card OR be credited to your paypal balance.

If it went to your balance you may have spent it when you bought an item, so click on any recent transactions and see if they were funded partly from that refund.
