I've been trying to change the contact name on a non-profit organization for a month. I get emails from compliance verification that the information is incomplete, but the comments are not specific enough to allow me to figure out what I need to do differently. How can I talk directly to the person who is looking at the materials?
Seems they don't seem to provide a direct phone number to contact that group however, you may want to see if you can get assistance through PayPal's Twitter Account as it's monitored by PayPal employees.
