Cannot withdraw funds by Check to Jamaica.

I live in Jamaica with a Jamaican paypal Business account

For a couple of days now I want to withdraw some money from my business account.

However when I use the link 

https://www.paypal.com/wdcheck

It no longer brings me to the site where I create the Checks instead it brings me to 

I followed the sets Customer care of sent me prompting me to click on TO, but there is No Link about  Name Via Check 

I don't think I am in trouble since i can spend, I don't think my account is in some kind of hold. But I am wondering why I am getting this prompt since they themselves already know I live  in Jamaica and it would be impossible for me to link a US Bank account

Is this a bug? Do they no longer offer Check services to Jamaica?

it could be they no longer do business with local bank,see they have to send you a check drawn on a local bank,just my guess

I don't think it had anything to do with local banks

I mean I never got my check a local bank here in Jamaica it was always shipped from where else

I was able to do this a month ago

so you are getting a check drawn on non JAMAICA Bank,do you have problem cashing it in Jamaica?

Never had a problem before always had to wait 30 days then its cleared.

I am just doing an update to what happened to me.

I have called PayPal and they said they would send me a Check

Today I have received that said check however, my name is not on the check.

Where my name is supposed to be it's WE HAVE PROCESSED YOUR REQUEST.

Therefore I had to cancel it..

I wonder if it's my fault. I confirmed my address with them and everything but why isn't my name on the check.
