Cannot add/edit a PayPal billing address

Hello, I was trying to add a new address but PayPal keeps telling me "It looks like your city, state, and ZIP code didn't match. Check them and try again." Everything is correct, also looked on the community for answers but nothing helped. Please help, ASAP!

Tried to change Doral for Miami, but still didn't work. Thanks for the quick response though!
