Cancel account

everytime I click cancel account, the wheel spins, and says just a moment.  And thats it, it just stays there, keeps on spining.  Can anyone help?

Have you tried basic troubleshooting steps such as signing out and back in, clearing cookies or using a different browser?

i tried signing out, and back in, nothing.  i will try clearing cookies, and see if that works.

No, cookies did not help, and using a differant browser did not help.
