I received a payment from my dad through messenger and I elected it to be sent to my PayPal account. Then I got an email saying I need to approve the payment. I tried to verify by linking my bank account. That part was fine. It wanted to do a security check by sending a text to my number but my primary number in my account settings wasn't listed. I tried to be manually put it in and an error message came up and said that the number wasn't registered under my name. PayPal also won't let me delete old addresses or phone numbers, it just tells me to contact customer service, which I've done many times and they just tell me they can't help me. How can I get my account verified if it won't even accept my number? I've applied for the credit card as well but I get denied every time.
