I am trying to access an account from a few years ago. Since the last time i used the account i have moved to Japan and no longer have access to the old phone number.
My problem loop:
Try to sign in, dont remember password.
Request password reset, 2 security question: First pet and Favorite Restaurant. I dont remember the restaurant answer apparently.
Cannot request a "call" because i do not have a phone
Cannot request a "sms message" because i do not have the registered phone
Cannot request help because i cannot sign in.
-I still receive paypal notices to my main email from my paypal account, so I DO know the email address.
I have created this account (Chikokishi1) in order to access the help pages (This is a terribly flawed system... must sign in to ask for help...).
