Yesterday i tried to process a withdraw it was successful but later in the day my bank froze my bank account because i signed in with an andriod device and they gave me a new bank account.
I updated my new account on paypal so what happens to the withdraw? will it be returned to my paypal account so i can re issue withdraw?
