Am I able to remove the display of my name?

Whenever someone goes to my paypal.me page or goes to the page to pay me,  my name, city and state are shown.

Is there any way I can edit this so it doesn't show my name and location? 

Instead, Name I use online or email address would be good.

Unfortunately not possible with a Personal Account - this is by design.    The only work around is a Business Account - as Business Accounts will allow you to display a Business or Organization Name or a Business Logo Graphic.
