I signed up for a service that is going to send me money the issue is they want to send it to the address linked to their account (my primary email address) and not the one attched to my PayPal account. They said I could add additional email addreses to my PP acct and I see that I can. When I put my primary email address into Paypal it gives me this message
We’re sorry. You can’t claim the money with this account because it's already linked with another user. Try asking your sender to send to a different email address if you have one.
I may have already linked this address but I dont think so. I do know that I do not have another Paypal account. Any ideas what is going on here?
