Adding debit card payment to my website

First I would like to say that I'm new to this so forgive me if my questions aren't 100% clear and understandable.

I want to add a payment method to my website which accepts not only PayPal payment but also one with a debit card. I successfully added PayPal REST API after watching some tutorials in youtube. It wasn't really difficult. While testing it I noticed that sometimes I get this 2nd option "Use debit card" or something like that. Happend only once or twice. The rest of the time this option was replaced with "create a PayPal account". So my question is - is there a way to make that 1st option permament so that everyone who wants to buy something on my website and doesn't have a PayPal account can pay with his debit card. If that's possible can you redirect me to a step-by-step tutorial of how to do it or similar.

Why just a debit card ??

If you have a Business account and use Payments Standard - the option to either pay with a credit card (makes no difference if it's a debit or credit card) or pay with your PayPal account is already available to you - you just need to enable the option in your account Profile - My selling tools.
