Add money to paypal from canada

A friend of mine added money into their account and it said it would be in by today but it still hasnt added. They are from canada. Any ideas on whats wrong?

Wait one more day and then have them give PayPal a call if nothing shows up still.

This is happening to me too and I'm from Canada.

I will try waiting another day like has been suggested.
