ACCOUNT LIMITED YET PAYPAL DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAIL

Hey, my account has been limited. You informed me to send verication details yet you have not responded to my email. I did this within the time you had specified. Am worried because I have money which would like to use them soon. Please help.

They do not respond to emails. Ever. You have to call them and then they react.  They can even do everything very quickly if you sent all the documents.  But before that you have to send everything .
