Hello,

everyone can send money from paypal to paypal but paypal algeria can't send should to have money in the card (Withdraw from the card) we can't using money at account paypal we should sent to the card and waiting from 1-7 days
why paypal usa using nice design but paypal algeria using classic model.
and don't talking about fee because it's very very expensive.

This abstract questions revolve in my mind and want to change for the better.
