just tried to do the instant bank verification and it was asking for an email id or phone to send verification code to. i don't know what is an email id or where to get it and it doesnt accept my phone. i guess i don't what i'm doing
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
