paypal is not saving my card and i cant add it

Hey, a few days ago I tried to confirm my credit card and I needed to receive a code after a few days, however I did not get any code and I decided to just randomly type a number (stupid decision), and after that it told me the confirmation code is incorrect, and it deleted my credit card and now when I try to add the card it won't let me, and won't save it. It shows that it was added, but if you refresh the page it's gone.

Why would you think that it was wise to make up a security code??

They say the code takes a few days but you have to wait until it shows up.

You need to contact customer services directly now and ask them to re-set the card for you so you can wait again and enter the correct code.

Hi!

because you entered the verification code incorrectly, the security system of Paypal got triggered. It is added but you will not be able to use it unless it is confirmed. Normally, the verification code sent by Paypal posts on your card statement in this pattern "PayPal*1234CODE or PP*1234CODE". you need to provide the 4 digit code to confirm your card.

you can do this by:

1. Login to your Paypal account

2. Go to "Wallet"

3. Click the card that you need to confirm

4. Click on the "Confirm" flag and enter the 4 digit code

Once it's confirmed, you can use it.

The point is that the OP did not enter the code correctly for three times so the card has been blocked.

They can only get it back again by contacting customer services to re-set the card and re-send the code.
