Hi,
when i go to reset my password it comes up with the next screen which gives me a few options and i choose i've forgotten my password, but when i enter my email address and fill in the captcha at the bottom, once i hit continue to move onto the next stage of the process it brings up an error saying.
"Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link"
i would appreciate any help as i need to remove the bank account i have attached to the account so i can attach it to this newer one.
also when i try to remember my password and login it says "We're sorry, but we're having trouble logging you in. Please try again." ... yet i have no problems with the newer account i'm logged into at the moment.
