can"t link the chase debit card to paypal

Hi there!

Has the card been activated for at least 24 hours? Is this a card that is branded with Visa, MasterCard, etc? Does it have a security code on the back and isn't expired? Does the card issuer verify addresses? Is there at least $1 in the account? If the answer to any of these is no, then you may not be able to add the card.  If you're still not able to add the card, it's best to contact the card issuer for any declines they may have recently issued.
