Will Pay Pal be supported in Lebanon ?

I am a Us student and I was wondering how to be able to use paypal services after I turn back to Lebanon,

is there any possible way to do that ?

I don't think paypal is available in Lebanon.

Yes that is true, it is not available

You can't, thats what it means when it says it is UNAVAILABLE.
