I'm trying to make a paypal student account and I can't get past the first screen because no matter what email I enter, it says I've used it already, and I know I haven't because they're brand new, I made them for this account! What the heck PayPal! I want to buy something on eBay since I have a PayPal gift card but I can't get into an account! How do I fix this? I need to know very soon!!!
