Why do advertisments cover the top right hand portion of my screen ?

why does it only happen on my desktop and not my newer laptop ?

The advertisments cover my recent payments toward the right hand of the screen. Tried lowering the magnification of my screen but that doesnt help.

It didnt USED to happen but has for months now.

One thought, do you have the latest video drivers for your desktop? 

Another, what's the difference in resolution between your laptop and desktop?
