Where do you find your "My pre-approved payments"

So, everytime paypal upgrades their site I get completely confused on where to go...
I just got charged $15 from a monthly payment I have set up with my paypal and I want to cancel it. I use to be able to go to "My pre-approved payments" but I do not see this anywhere, and I'd really like to go and cancel this recurring payment before I get charged again. Can someone tell me how to navigate to it with this new January 2016 update.

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:
Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments.
Advice is voluntary.

I went to my profile but do not see a place for my settings at the bottom. I've been at this all morning and it's driving me crazy!! I have to change my address and addresses on my recurring payments. It won't let me change my address at all. I am so lost!

click on the cog on top right side my profile, after that click on payments tab in top of the screen right under Activity
then you ll see pre-approved pay

Hi , I paid for an online app subscription and each month they take me 3 dollars. For 2 months I sent them emails telling them to unsubscribe me but they don't respond at all ! When I go into Preapproved payments options, the seller I try to unsubscribe is not in the list.
is there another way I can do this ? how is this possible ?
