I have a question...I uploaded a pic to the PayPal Here app on my phone and it's not the right picture...did not notice until I checked an invoice and saw the wrong picture. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app...I also force stopped the app and turned the phone and off and still can not get the right picture to upload and stay...it keeps showing the old picture...any help would be great!!
