PayPal keep asking me to confirm my bank account, in order to verify my identity. Yet my bank account is already confirmed and always has been (it even says so on my account profile). Consequentlty, I can't get past this point in the verification process. PayPal either ignore my emails or fail to address the issue. Any ideas on how to solve this ?
