Opting out of the prompt for "Use Bill Pay" when using paypal to pay for my purchase

I'm never going to use "Bill Pay" for my purchases and I'm getting annoyed having to always wait for the prompt and then clicking the No button for using bill pay.  Can anyone tell me how to turn this prompt off?

Unfortunately not possible, it's part of PayPal's marketing.
