Hi, I have a problem with my account that the customer service rep on the phone couldn't resolve. When I receive payment requests for items that need to be shipped, I have several old addresses that I deleted over eight years ago from my PayPal profile showing up as being available to use as a ship to address.
I am able to change the ship to address to my current address but there is no way to delete these other old addresses that have not been on my PayPal profile in years but are somehow still in your system.
I need these addresses deleted please. Can someone please help? There are four addresses that I need deleted.
Customer service on the phone couldn't see these addresses so I need someone who is able to see the issue on my account.
Also, there are addresses showing up that I have never used with the people who are sending me payment requests so this is not an issue with the merchants requesting payment.
