Not getting replies from PayPal on issues

I've emailed PayPal countless times on this issue and I do not even receive replies from PayPal.

When trying to remove an old credit card (no longer active) I get the error:  "Sorry, you can't remove this card right now. Please try again after all transactions have been processed." Which is just blatantly untrue and impossible since the card no longer exists. This also means I cannot remove the address associated with it because it is "linked."

Another issue (which I have also not been replied to about) of mine, is that I need to change my primary address to my actual current address because I've moved.

When I try to make the correct address my primary one I get the error: "This is your billing address for at least 1 of your linked cards. Before you edit your address, go to your Wallet and add a new billing address in the card details."

Inside my Wallet this address is not linked to any cards.

Someone help!!!

This is something I'm fairly sure you have little choice but to call for. If it's telling you that there is a pending transaction still associated with the card, regardless of validity, that could mean one of several things. First, and least likely, is a technical bug. The only reason I say this is least likely is because of the following reason which I have had the displeasure of experiencing. The second reason is that when you make a purchase from some companies, it creates a charge that isn't actually a charge, it's an order. Orders don't move money, authorizations do. If you've ever seen the same charge appear twice and one says pending and the other says completed, that's what I'm talking about. I had to call in to get the card removed (which involved some random questions) because the order was never closed by the company I bought from, and apparently these things can stay open for as long as the company designates (mine was nearly a year old).

If you've tried emailing them to no avail, I'd check any phone rates and give the customer service a call, otherwise you'll have to wait for the card to expire.
