For weeks I have been trying to upload $40 to my paypal account, which I've had for a decade and is even still linked to the original bank account. When I contact customer service, they all tell me I am verified, to give it more time. It has been a MONTH! Is that not long enough? All I wanted to do was pay for an eBay purchase without driving 45 minutes in bad weather to the bank! Now I am made to upload personal data, which I did, but guess what? After the proctology exam, I am Still getting a message from the load page that says it cannot find me verified in the national database! What do they need, my DNA? But they will say I am verified. I am downright upset about this. We all should be. Where is the customer service? In English, also, please, if you don't mind! Today wouldn't be too soon, either.
