So I can't seem to find a solution to this issue, and I was hoping this might help. I have a Navy Federal Credit Union checking account, and I've been trying to connect it to my PayPal.
When I used my basic access number, it connects for about a day and then disconnects because it says that the account numbers don't match. I talked to representatives at both Navy Federal and PayPal about this, and eventually they suggested I try the specific number for the Checking account. So I tried that, and got an email from PayPal saying that the verification failed because they didn't find the account. I called PayPal again to try to get a suggestion, and was put on indefinite hold.
Does anyone know how to get around this issue? I'm tired of constantly reconnecting my account, and I need to buy food.
