Login failing-finished two point verification-still wont log in

Hi

First time posting.

Login is not working, however strangely enough I was able to log in to this forum.

I had logged in the previous day before, and not a problem.  Then today it would not work.

I had not logged in for a few months before this, and this was from overseas in the same place ive used the paypal as a visa card for purchases here.

At any rate I could not log in today to my account and decided to go ahead with getting a new password.  Finished the entire verification process, but it still wont let me log in.  Again, i am able to log in to this forum however.  I am miffed and scratching my head how to proceed further as I could not log in to send a message directly to Paypal.

Amazingly I am able to log in here, but what is my resort to get this sorted out.  I am overseas and overseas calls from here are incredibly expensive.  I'd like to forego the expense.

Any help appreciated...

PS.   I tried it again after five minutes of posting this message.  But still wont log me in.  Can still log in again to this forum though....

Okay, so I'm not alone...

Today I cleared out my cache in Firefox.  That didn't help.

So, I opened up Chrome and I was able to login there and finally send a message to Paypal.  I do now have normal capabilities after logging in through the Chrome browser.

So, I'll wait the 24 hours they state and see if a reply comes back.

...That's the latest.  So, try this to be able to send a message at least to Paypal.  Hopefully we'll get a reply soon.

My final goal was to activate my new Paypal Biz Debit Card but the Activate page is not working.  Just waiting Paypal's response...
