Linking a Bank. (And other questions)

I have my Debit Card listed but it seems that I can't transfer the money I have on PayPal to it. Can I even complete the action at hand or not? And also, it asks me to link a bank and the only thing it takes to link it are checks (which I don't have) and my online bank account which at the momnet I do not have any access to (for personal reasons). Now I was wondering if there was any other way to link a bank and if I could do it by using my card somehow.

You can't withdraw to a card in the US.

You can only withdraw to a linked bank account.

Surely you know your bank sort code and numbers (or the equivalent in your country) to be able to link it??
