I'm trying to lift my withdrawal limits and it says I need to confirm my personal information, this comes up under 'to do', but there is no option for me to do this. Can anyone shed any light on this? And when this is done, are my limits lifted?
Go to your settings and make sure you email, phone number, address are confirmed and you might need to make sure your social is on file as well. If all else fails call customer service at <removed>.
