How to view details of PayPal Credit transaction

I have been trying but I can not figure it out.

On regular Paypal I can click on a transaction and see al the details, on PayPal Credit I click on the transaction and nothing happens.

I have to open a dispute on one and when I go to the Resolution Center, I see all the regular Paypal ones but not the PayPal credit ones, (the one I have to disputre). Very confusing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Thanks for reaching out to us here! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble locating your transaction. It sounds like you may have made this purchase as a guest (without logging into your PayPal account). If this is the case, then you would not be able to see it in your account when you log in. You would have a couple of options for this:

1. Contact us through one of our customer service channels. We can help to locate the transaction guest account and file a claim for you. Or...

2. Dispute the payment through PayPal Credit directly:

1. Log in to your PayPal Credit account.
2. Click FAQs at the top of the page.
3. Click Returns, Credits, & Disputes.
4. Click What is your dispute procedure?
5. Click View and Print Dispute Form.

Print and complete this form. Then, either fax or mail the completed form to the PayPal Credit fax number or address provided on the form. Please keep in mind that opening a dispute in this manner may void your PayPal Purchase Protection.

Note:
You must provide written confirmation (by fax or mail) of the transaction being disputed within 60 calendar days from the date of the statement showing the merchandise or service being disputed.

Thank you for letting me know how to proceed, but now I am confused. I have never used PayPal as guest, all my transactions with PayPal and PayPal credit are done through Ebay.

I have been using PayPal credit for sometime now and the transactions are visible, same as the ones with regular PayPal, when I click on the Resolution Center and gives me a month worth of transactions, all except this one I want to dispute.
