How to open "Pay with my debit or credit card" tab by defult

I want to open "Pay with my debit or credit card" payment  tab by defult on payapl page.

Please help

If you mean during the payment process then you can't as your bank account is always the default funding source.

You can click on change during the payment process and select your card on a transaction by transaction basis.
